Job Description

Looking for an experienced Female Secretary/Document Controller with the below qualifications:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in construction & contracting business.
- Excellent in English verbal & written communication.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Etc...)
- Resident in Qatar with the ability to transfer sponsorship.
Responsibilities:
- Perform research and analysis accurately.
- Coordinate meetings, arrangements, conferences as assigned..
- Take dictation and write correspondence.
- Compile, proofread and revise drafts of documents and reports.
- Daily record keeping and documents filing.
- Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence accurately and swiftly.
- Minimum experience of 3 years in Qatar market.
- Female.
- Salary based on experience.
